Lewis Franco is the lead Pastor of Northview Church. He was born and raised locally and has a heart for the people of Utah. Lewis has a background in management serving in business and pastoral roles. He and his wife Heidi have been in pastoral ministry for over 20 years in the mountain west and southeastern United States. Lewis has a passion for the church and preaching God’s Word. He has been an ordained minister since 2011. Fueled by the call of God on his life, he earned his Masters degree from Southeastern University in 2015. Lewis is a compassionate leader with a heart for people. He believes in fostering a love for God and people. Lewis values providing a place where a community of believers is unified in vision and purpose and works to fulfill the Great Commission through missions and service.
Lewis is an avid reader who enjoys the challenge of learning something new. He and his wife Heidi have four daughters: Gabriella, Angelina, Giovanna, and AnnaSophia. Lewis and his family love exploring the beautiful Utah landscape and finding new adventures. 

Heidi Franco serves as the Teaching Pastor of Northview Church, working alongside her husband, Lewis. She is an ordained minister and holds a Master’s degree in Apologetics from Luther Rice Seminary. With a wealth of ministry experience, Heidi has faithfully served in areas such as worship, children’s and youth ministries, as well as preaching and teaching.
Beyond her ministry work, Heidi is passionate about building connections with others. A self-proclaimed foodie, she enjoys discovering new local restaurants and hidden culinary gems to share with friends and family.
Heidi and Lewis are the proud parents of four daughters. In their free time, the Franco family loves embarking on adventures together. Whether hiking new trails, exploring scenic mountain drives, or playing pickleball at the park, they cherish time spent outdoors. Family activities also include bike rides and creating meaningful memories together.

Johanna grew up in a pastor's home and felt called to full-time ministry as a teenager. Now an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and holding a degree in Bible and Theology, Johanna has served at Northview Church since 2012. She is passionate about helping people grow in their faith and form meaningful friendships, connecting them to Northview’s vision through Connect Groups and Serve Teams. Johanna finds joy in building relationships—often over a good cup of coffee—and is dedicated to making disciples of Christ by walking alongside others and equipping them to do the same. Johanna and her husband, Nathan, are blessed with five wonderful children, a son- and daughter-in-law, and a growing number of grandchildren. In her free time, Johanna enjoys hiking with her family and getting lost in a good book.

Jed has been happily involved in youth ministry for the last twenty years! He loves working with students and helping guide them as they form genuine relationships with God. He has been married to his wonderful wife, Chelsea, since 2006, and together they have three amazing daughters: Layla, Anna Molly, and Jolene. Jed enjoys the great outdoors and quality time with his family.

Rachel has nurtured a love for children since she was a young girl herself. At the age of 10, she even hosted her own neighborhood summer school! It was around this same time that Rachel found her faith in Jesus, igniting a passion to share that love and joy with others, particularly the next generation.
Here at Northview, Rachel thrives on creating a vibrant space where kids can have a blast, learn about God, and build a strong foundation of faith. Her mission is to make every Sunday an exciting adventure where children can discover the depth of Jesus' love for them.
While not hanging out with the amazing young crew at church, you might find Rachel utilizing her tech background, with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an MBA in IT Management, at her day job. Outside of work, Rachel cherishes spending quality time with family, enjoying the thrill of paddle boarding, and exploring new destinations.

Chelsea has been attending Northview since October 2014. She managed the website on a volunteer basis before being asked to join the staff part-time in 2019. Chelsea loves to use her gifts to help introduce people to Northview Church. She shares a love for teenagers with her husband, Pastor Jed, and works at a local high school during the school year. Chelsea also enjoys reading, photography, spending time with her three daughters, and hiking with Jed.
